When this Privacy Statement applies
Christie Innomed Inc. and its affiliates (“Christie Innomed”) develops, distributes, and supports innovative medical imaging equipment, and software solutions for innovative information management. Our customers are healthcare service organizations and healthcare providers. We do not provide direct patience care. 

This Privacy Statement applies when we collect and process personal information for use in our own business activities, such as personal information collected through this website, sales and support to our customers, marketing to our prospective and other business activities described in this Privacy Statement. 

Our customers are the custodians of their client personal information that they collect and process through the products and services we provide or support. Our customer’s privacy policies apply to the information that they collect and process through that equipment or solutions.

Our privacy compliance framework and accountability
Christie Innomed has appointed our General Counsel as the Privacy Officer, responsible for overseeing our compliance with this Privacy Policy and our practices relating to privacy of personal information. We maintain a framework for the protection of any personal information that we collect. The framework includes policies and procedures designed to help us comply with this Privacy Statement. This framework requires all employees to protect the confidentiality of any personal information that we handle through the lifecycle of that personal information. The privacy framework includes employee codes of conduct, breach reporting obligations, data retention and destruction policies, employee training, and procedures for addressing complaints and providing individuals with access to their personal information in accordance with this Privacy Statement.

Call recording
When we have a telephone or video call or meeting with you, we may record and transcribe these calls. We will notify you before audio / visual recording occurs. We make call recordings for internal training and sales analysis purposes and to provide you with a record of demos. The length of time that we retain recordings depends on the nature of the call and the purposes of the recording. See Data Retention.

Marketing communications
We may use your personal information to send you information (by email, text message, telephone or post) about our products and services, including new features, functions, offerings and business partners.
